Lapa dos Reis Reserva do Branco is a Portuguese white wine from the Terras de Sicó region. The fermentation begins with a thermal shock at 10°C, with the tears being separated after about 48 hours. Afterwards, a cold fermentation starts at 14°C for 14 days.
